Struggling with Low Disk Space for Windows 11 Cloud Reinstall – What Can I Delete?

I'm really struggling with low disk space on my system. I want to reset my PC using the Cloud, but I need 28GB more space and I just don't have it right now. I've checked everything and deleted what I thought was unnecessary. My Program Files are taking up about 8GB, I can free up around 2GB by removing the old version of Windows, but the rest of what I can delete isn't making much of a dent. I've already wiped out temporary files and other small, non-essential files, and I'm worried about deleting anything else essential like Windows or AppData. Any suggestions on what I can safely remove to make this reset happen?

To really maximize the space, make sure to run Disk Cleanup and include cleaning system files. Deleting outdated Windows installs and clearing the hibernation file can also yield more space. Additionally, check those temporary folders! They can accumulate space over time.

Yeah, I feel like I’ve done everything in Disk Cleanup multiple times and even then, I only managed to get rid of about 3GB. I can't find the Windows.old folder anywhere, it's crazy!

You should definitely run Disk Cleanup as an admin. It helps clear up system files, especially those pesky Windows Update files and temporary files. Using Storage Sense can also automate clearing out cache files. Also, don't forget to delete the Windows.old folder; that can free up 10 to 20GB, which should help you get closer to your goal for the Cloud reset!

I tried the Windows.old cleanup but couldn't find the option either. I managed to clear out about 3GB with regular cleanup and temporary files but that's still far from what I need.
