Why Does My Laptop Keep Turning Off When I Unplug It?

I'm having an issue with my laptop. It was working perfectly fine just yesterday, but now it shuts off automatically. When I unplug the charger, the laptop turns off completely, and every time I try to power it back on, it shows the battery percentage at 0%. This is actually the first time I've encountered this problem; I had just put it in hibernate mode before going to sleep. Can anyone help me figure this out?

Check if there's a cross on the battery icon or if the charge/status indicator is flashing. It sounds like your battery might be dead. I would definitely look into replacing it if that's the case!

You might want to try holding down the power button for about 30 seconds while the laptop is unplugged. This can help reset it after experiencing issues like you're describing.
