I'm trying to set up an older desktop for my girlfriend that needs to support two 1080p monitors. The onboard video only has one DisplayPort, so I need to add a video card. The usage will mainly be web browsing and watching movies, so no gaming is involved. I'm looking for recommendations on a budget-friendly card, possibly used. Any suggestions?

Honestly, any GPU you find will probably work for your needs. If you want to keep it super cheap, a USB DisplayLink adapter would be a solid option too. They can handle dual monitors without much hassle.
I thought about using a USB display too, but do they impact CPU performance? Or have I got that all wrong?
