Our Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution used to have a really handy feature that synced contacts across all the field workers' phones, but it was suddenly removed without any notice. I'm now on the hunt for a free or low-cost way to manage contacts, ideally something that allows us to maintain one address book that can be synced with a group of users.

You might want to set up a CardDav server using Nextcloud or Radicale. Then, by pairing it with a CardDav client like DavX5, you can easily sync an address book across all devices. Just a heads up, it may need some initial setup, but it’s pretty robust!
I appreciate the suggestion, but I'm looking for something that's more server-managed. With around 150 field workers, many of whom have limited tech skills, I need a solution that works seamlessly for them.
