I have a ThinkPad L13 Gen 3 laptop that suddenly stopped charging. A day ago, I restarted it and got a message saying that the AC adapter connected has a lower wattage than what came with my laptop. I've been using the original charger without issues, but now no charger seems to work. I've tried different chargers, but nothing is happening. Can anyone help me figure out what's going on?

It sounds like your battery or the motherboard might be having issues. Have you tried charging it while it's turned off? If the indicator doesn’t show any signs of charging, that’s not a good sign.
If it's a motherboard issue, you might get lucky with just a loose connection near the charging port. If you have access to a hot air gun, you might be able to repair it yourself at home without needing to replace the whole thing.
When it comes to charging, make sure you use a USB-C charger with at least 45 watts. Have you tried using both charging ports on the laptop? The ThinkPad L13 Gen 3 has a USB-C 3.2 Gen 1 port and a Thunderbolt 4 port that support charging.
Have you considered if something might have damaged your charging port, like spills or falls? Sometimes it could also be the battery itself, which is usually not too bad to replace, preferably over buying a new laptop.
I'm quite careful with my laptop, so I don’t think I've damaged the port.
Unfortunately, it’s fully dead now—no lights or anything when I try to charge it.
