I recently assembled my PC with a Z890 Aorus Xtreme AI motherboard and Corsair RAM rated at 7200MHz. After updating the BIOS to the latest version, I enabled XMP but now my PC won't boot at all. What can I do to fix this issue?

7200MHz is pretty high, so that might be causing the issue. Try doing a CMOS reset and then overclocking your RAM to around 6000-6400MHz instead. That should give you better stability while still getting decent performance.
You might want to stick to a speed of around 6800MHz for now. It's surprising that your setup can't handle that with a board like the Z890. Make sure you double-check your RAM configuration as well!
I even set it to 6800MHz and it wouldn't boot again!
Definitely do a CMOS reset as a first step. Check your motherboard manual for instructions on how to do it. Those really high RAM speeds might be why XMP isn't working. A speed of 6000MHz with a CL30 should give you a good balance of stability and performance.
I tried setting it to 6000MHz too and still no luck with booting!
I have the same RAM (Corsair Dominator Titanium RGB 64GB DDR5 7200MT/s) and when I set it to 6000MHz after enabling XMP, my PC wouldn't boot either!
