This PC will primarily serve for gaming, particularly for titles like Baldur's Gate 3 and Kingdom Come: Deliverance II, while also being used for productivity tasks like 3D rendering and game development. I selected the AMD Ryzen 9 9950x3d because I've heard great things about its performance for both workloads.
One area I'm uncertain about is the GPU. Do you think I should upgrade to a better card? I'm a bit concerned that 16GB of VRAM might not be sufficient, and I'm not quite sure how the Nvidia and AMD GPUs compare. An 850W PSU is more than enough! Also, the RTX 5080 isn't the best value; the RTX 5070 Ti offers nearly the same performance for less cost. Right now, 16GB of VRAM is sufficient for 1440p gaming, and while future games might push those limits, you're in a good spot for now.
