What to Do If My GPU Seems Dead?

Hey everyone, I'm in a bit of a bind and could use some advice. My GPU appears to have failed today while I was playing Rocket League. I was hooked up to the TV, and after a couple of games, the screen suddenly went blank. At first, I thought it was just a game crash, but now it looks like my GPU isn't outputting to any display ports—not even to my monitor or the TV. There are no lights on the GPU, and the fans aren't spinning either. The odd part is that my PC still boots into Windows since I can see my stream deck lighting up and some services are running, which I can access via my phone. My GPU is a Palit 3090, and since my CPU doesn't have integrated graphics, I can't see anything. Here's what I've done so far to troubleshoot: reseated the GPU and power connectors, tried different display outputs, switched PCIe slots, reseated the RAM, reset the CMOS, and I may have shed a few tears and prayed to the PC gods. Any thoughts on what I could try next? I'd rather not have to shell out for a new 50 series GPU.

If you don’t have important data on your PC, consider reinstalling Windows. It might be a corrupted OS issue. Use the Media Creation Tool on a USB, then set that as your boot device in BIOS to try reinstalling it.

It’s unlikely that a dead GPU would still boot into Windows, so it could be a connection issue. Double-check your cables and make sure everything is seated securely.

I kind of thought the same! But maybe there's just something wrong with the display output itself. Both my monitor and TV aren’t detecting anything.
