Hey everyone! I just built a new PC and I'm a bit puzzled about my GPU's performance. I ran the Unigine Heaven Benchmark 4.0 and the results I got were: FPS: 132, Score: 3326, Min FPS: 28.3, Max FPS: 268.8, in a 2560x1440 resolution at Ultra settings with Extreme tessellation. My setup includes an AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D CPU, an AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT GPU, 128GB of DDR5 RAM running at 5600MT/s, and an NZXT N9 X870E motherboard. I also noticed that I'm getting lower performance scores in Tekken 8 now compared to an older build. Just looking for insights on whether these benchmark results are normal or if something might be off! Any help would be great!

Just a heads-up, running 4 RAM sticks can sometimes create issues depending on the motherboard and RAM quality. Try running just 2 sticks and lowering your settings to see if your performance improves. Also, I’ve heard the RX 9070 XT can be finicky with certain configurations, just something to keep in mind!
That's great to hear! Sometimes less is more with these setups.
Your benchmark score does seem lower than expected. I recommend trying a different benchmarking tool like 3DMark to compare your results. Also, sometimes using only two RAM sticks instead of four can help with stability and performance.
I'll give that a try and see how the performance changes. Thanks for the suggestion!
Don't forget to check for any outdated drivers manually; sometimes Windows doesn't catch everything. Also, reviewing thermal performance through HWiNFO can provide insights.
Sounds like a classic case of a configuration issue! Make sure your drivers are up to date, and keep an eye on your thermals during gaming. High temperatures can throttle your GPU performance. Also, check your display cables and make sure they’re connected to the GPU and not the motherboard.
Thanks for the tips! I checked and the cable is definitely plugged into the GPU. I've also disabled integrated graphics to avoid any conflicts. I'm monitoring temps now and they're around 53°C. Everything seems fine, but I'm still not getting the expected performance.
I tried switching to 2 RAM sticks and I got a slightly better score! It's weird, but it seems stable and I've noticed better visuals in games.
