I'm testing some software on a fresh Windows 10 Pro install in a Qemu VM, but it keeps prompting me to join an Azure Active Directory for a Norwegian company. The VM is connecting to the internet for updates, and I've confirmed the ISO checksum. I even redid the install and recorded the process, saving the VM state at the welcome screen. What might be causing this issue?

That could be either optional or mandatory. It sounds like there’s a chance that a VM was set up using Autopilot and is now somehow linked to the same MAC address or virtual hardware identifier you're using. It's strange but not impossible!
I re-ran the install several times for a good recording and noticed it insists on an email or security key. Looks mandatory to me. My VM has a standard QEMU MAC address, but it turns out it's within a reserved range, so maybe it got claimed unexpectedly.
