I found a great deal on a Corsair RM650E 2025, but I'm not sure if it will provide enough power for my RTX 5070 and Ryzen 7 7800X3D setup. Will 650W cut it, or do I need to consider something more powerful?

Honestly, I recommend going for at least 850W if you want some headroom for upgrades or overclocking in the future. It’s always better to have a little extra power just in case.

But you really don’t need that much for this specific setup. 650W should work unless you plan on super heavy gaming or major overclocking.

You can definitely check out PCPartPicker to estimate your total wattage needs, but a 650W power supply should generally handle that combo just fine. It might be a bit tight under heavy loads, but for most tasks, it should work well.

I plugged my setup into a calculator and it came out to about 518W, so it sounds like 650W should be sufficient!
