I just reinstalled Windows 11, and now my games are super laggy—even the menu has a few seconds of delay when I move the mouse. Both my CPU and GPU are showing low temperatures and usage percentages, so I'm really not sure what's causing this. I feel out of ideas; any suggestions?

First, double-check that all of your drivers are installed correctly. You can do this by looking in Device Manager for any missing drivers. If you have an Nvidia graphics card, make sure the driver version you're using is the best fit for your model. It might be worth checking out forums for specific recommendations on your graphics card, too.
It's important to back up your data before making any changes to BIOS settings or disk configurations, as these actions can lead to data loss. If you need more guidance, there's a FAQ thread that might help clarify things.
I checked, and all my drivers are up to date. The graphics card drivers are the latest as well. But even that doesn't seem to be helping. It's wild because the main menu of a game is just like 2 fps right now. My laptop used to handle everything smoothly! I'm really confused about what's changed.
