I'm currently using an MSI monitor that I've had for about 4 years, and I'm struggling with reading text on it, especially since I wear glasses. I'm considering upgrading to an OLED monitor for coding and gaming when I'm not plugged into my laptop, but they are quite pricey. I'm looking for advice on whether it's worth the investment and how important a good monitor really is in my situation.

Definitely consider how you set up your workspace! Positioning the monitor correctly and adjusting brightness can make a huge difference in comfort. Don’t ignore ergonomics – the right distance from your eyes matters too!
You might not need an OLED; I’ve heard that text clarity can be an issue with those. Consider an IPS instead. I have a great setup with 3 monitors, and my main one is a 4K IPS which I absolutely love for coding!
That sounds amazing! I'm still trying to decide between a couple of models.
Good point! I’ve even changed the color of the light in my room, and it helped with glare on the screen.
