Why Am I Only Getting 60 FPS in CS:GO with My Setup?

I'm having an issue where I'm only getting 60 FPS in CS:GO on my system, which has an RX 6750 XT graphics card and a Ryzen 7 5700X processor. The temperatures for both the GPU and CPU are normal, ranging between 60 and 70 degrees. I expected to get at least 200 FPS based on my research about this GPU and CPU combo. Can anyone help me troubleshoot this?

It sounds like you might have Vsync enabled, which can cap your FPS to match your monitor's refresh rate. Try disabling Vsync in your graphics settings and see if that helps you reach higher frame rates. Your 165Hz monitor should allow for much more than 60 FPS!

I just disabled Vsync, but it's still capped at 60 FPS. What else could be causing the issue?
