Looks like a solid build overall! However, I have concerns about the case you're using. The airflow isn't great since one of the intake fans is pushing air directly to an exhaust fan, and it only has space for two fans in and two out. You might want to consider a case with better airflow.
Regarding your power supply, an 850W is quite a bit for your setup which might only require around 400W. You could save some cash by going for a 500W PSU, especially since ASUS tends to be on the pricier side. Just something to think about!
