I discovered a file named 'beavis.bmh' on my C: drive while browsing through my laptop. Does anyone know what this file is and how it ended up on my computer? Also, is it safe for me to delete it? Thanks in advance for your help!

If you haven't done any hypervisor or virtualization work on your PC, it's probably safe to remove this file without any issues.
I wouldn't delete it just yet. You might need a 'butthead.bmh' file to go along with it, who knows? Better to check first!
I find it interesting that you came across this file too. I'm also looking for more info about it!
