Why Is My APC UPS Not Displaying Output Watts?

I'm using an SMT3000RMI2U APC UPS, and it's not showing the output watts. I'm also getting a warning that the load is too low for efficiency, which is causing issues with calibrating my new batteries. The system does register a load, and the VA percentage appears to be working fine. Is there a way to fix this issue?

I use an old halogen lamp and a small fan heater with adjustable power levels as test loads for my UPS. They give me combinations of 300W, 500W, and 1000W. If you want something heavier, maybe consider assembling a gaming PC with a big GPU and running something demanding like Crysis.

Have you tried adding more load to the UPS? Sometimes, it requires a bit more juice to register the output watts properly. I remember at a previous job, we used to hook up a small electric heater during such situations.

I actually gave that a shot with a 2000W heater, but it didn't change the results. Just to clarify, I do have a load applied and the VA percentage is functioning.
