I’d personally skip the 5070 since I doubt it will age well. You didn’t mention what resolution you game at, which could influence your choice. If you're gaming at 1080p like you said, a better GPU usually gives a bigger performance boost than a great CPU.
Right, I'm gaming at 1080p. The prices for the 5070 are around 540-560 euros, while the 9070 XT is 660-680. The 7800X3D goes for 300-320 and the 7600 is about 140-160. My total budget is 1400 euros.
