How to Get Ready for Building My PC?

I've finally ordered all my parts after years of not building a PC from scratch, and I'm looking for some guidance on preparing for the build. Does anyone have checklists or tips on what to look out for when assembling everything?

I'm especially curious about:
- How to adjust fan curves (is there a guide for this?)
- Configuring memory profiles like EXPO
- Additional motherboard settings I should consider
- Any tips on making Windows 11 less annoying, especially using tools like Win11donotspy?

Also, I have 7 fans and an AIO cooler—do I need a hub for better cable management? I'm a bit anxious I might forget something crucial, so if anything looks off with my build, please let me know! 😀

Feel free to share how you set up your systems, the first settings you tweak, and any useful or fun programs you recommend!

For reference, here's my build: [PCPartPicker](https://de.pcpartpicker.com/user/azn_build/saved/93t38d)

Cheers and happy building!

For the fans and AIO, since RGB isn't an issue for you, you just need splitters if you're short on fan headers. Trust me, having enough connections is key!

Thanks! Someone else mentioned a fan hub instead of a splitter. I'll look into the difference, but good to know I need something!

Your build looks solid! Just make sure you have a good screwdriver on hand—seriously, tools have a sneaky way of going missing. I'd recommend a fan hub for easier cable management; splitters can be messy. I usually install Windows, get the drivers for the CPU and GPU set up, then restart and enable EXPO right away. This way, your PC runs at stock settings first, making troubleshooting easier if anything goes wrong. Good luck!

That’s a good point about the tools! Do I need to worry about the fan hub compatibility? Can I just grab any hub?
