I've been dealing with a frustrating problem since I bought my SSD back in April. My PC's disk usage spikes to 100% when I'm playing games, like Warzone, and even after I close them, it stays at 100% with other games. The only temporary fix is to restart my PC. Every time I format the SSD, everything runs smoothly for about a week, but then the issues come right back, causing my system to freeze. I ran a reading test, and it showed a lot of gray blocks, but other tools indicated that my SSD is in good health, with its temperature staying around 30 degrees, even during intense gaming. I'm really starting to think it might be related to the SSD—it's a Kingspec NVMe2. Just the other day while playing Cyberpunk, the game froze a few times when I was driving. When I checked the task manager, the disk was at 100%. Can anyone help me figure this out?

It sounds like your SSD is indeed having some issues. Health metrics from SSDs can sometimes be misleading, and not all drives have accurate temperature readings. The gray blocks you're seeing might indicate a problem, but it's tough to pinpoint without more context. If you could post a screenshot, that would definitely help. Also, running a speed test with CrystalDiskMark could give you more insight into what’s going on. If your SSD is still under warranty, consider returning it!
Here's a screenshot you requested! I wasn't running anything else during the test. Even though the speeds were fine in DiskMark, I've noticed a lot of inconsistencies in HDTune. If you want, I can share that too so you can take a better look!
