You might want to consider going for an AM5 platform instead of sticking with AM4. AM4 is getting a bit dated for 2025. Also, the PSU you're looking at is 400W, and you could find higher wattage options for about the same price that would give you more leeway in the future.
I think some parts in your list are odd. If you’re aiming for a budget of around $1000, remember that peripherals shouldn’t count toward the build price. Check out this alternative list instead! [Alternative Build](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/3N46fd) - it totals around $1612.65 and may give you better value for your money!
Honestly, your build isn't the best for 2025. Some components are okay, but you could definitely make upgrades. I created a fixed version for you here: [Updated List](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/WMCfLc). If you're set on using an 8-core CPU, look into the 7700 or 7700x, depending on your budget. Upgrading to a better PSU like the Montech Century II is also recommended. Lastly, consider a dual tower air cooler for better performance!
I was hoping to keep it under a thousand, but I see your point about the peripherals. Thanks for the suggestion!
