I'm currently using a G.Skill Ripjaws V 8GB stick with a speed of 3000MHz (red), and I'm considering mixing it with a set of 2x8GB Ripjaws V sticks that run at 3200MHz (black). One of my original 8GB sticks has failed, and I found these 3200MHz sticks for a good price. Will this combination work without causing problems?

Yes, you can mix those RAM sticks, but they'll operate at the speed of the slower one, which in this case is 3000MHz. Generally, the faster RAM shouldn't run into issues at a slower speed, but keep an eye on the timings as they might cause some problems.
I think my CPU limits the RAM speed to 2666MHz, so I'm not too worried. Just want to know if it might create any bugs or issues.
