I noticed something odd today. I can no longer access Dell's Support section using my Service Tag to download firmware updates and drivers for my three Dell PowerEdge R730xd servers. On top of that, it looks like they've removed the serial number input option from their site completely. Does anyone know what's going on?

Have you considered using OpenManage Enterprise for managing your servers? It could make things easier for you, especially with updates.
If you can't use the serial number, you might want to try searching by your PC model and OS instead. That can help you find the right drivers and firmware too!
I had issues with Dell's website a few years ago, too. After they messed up the support site, I seriously thought about switching to Lenovo. It was frustrating at that time because the support site just stopped working for what I needed!

Yes! I tried entering my serial number there, but the download option just isn't showing up anymore.
