I've noticed that QuickBooks Enterprise 23/24 has suddenly become extremely slow on some desktops. Is anyone else facing the same issues today? I've linked to a detailed explanation of the problem, but I'd love to know if anyone has found a solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

You're not alone! I saw a similar thread earlier, but it looks like there’s still no solution at this point. You might want to check out this other post about QuickBooks freezing if you haven’t already.
Have you noticed if any patterns are present? Are the affected machines by chance on 24H2?
I encountered the same slowness, but interestingly, it only affected one remote user. Everyone else on the local network was fine. I initially thought it might be a graphics issue, but updating the Intel UHD 770 driver didn’t help. Everything else is up-to-date, and nothing changed since it was working perfectly yesterday.
I found info online indicating they messed up their last update. A potential fix is to run a repair on the app from the control panel. Typical for Intuit, right?
I feel your pain! QuickBooks can be such a frustration. I don’t have a fix, but you're definitely not alone in the struggle with this software.
Totally get it! It’s really hard to support. Their tech support doesn’t have the best reputation either.
Ugh, I know. Reminds me why I left working with that stuff at my old job.
Thanks for the heads-up!
