I've run into a weird issue with a file on my computer that I just can't seem to delete. I've tried using the command prompt with the command 'del /f' but it just freezes up and I can't type anything—even though the cursor is still blinking. This file can't be renamed either; whenever I try, the screen flashes white and it automatically reverts to its original name. I can't move it or remove it at all, it can only be played. It's driving me crazy! Is there something wrong with my computer, like is it haunted, or did I accidentally download some kind of evil spirit onto it? I've even run an antivirus scan, but it claims it's not a virus. Any suggestions?

I recommend starting your Windows in safe mode. It worked for me when I had a similar issue!
First off, what type of file is it and how did you get it? Knowing more about the file could help in figuring out how to get rid of it.
This worked! I was finally able to get rid of it in safe mode. Thanks a ton!
