Is it Time to Upgrade My CPU Cooler for Better Performance?

I have a Ryzen 9 5900XT with an Arctic Freezer 36 cooler. It's working fine most of the time, but when I'm tackling really intensive tasks like rendering videos in Adobe Premiere with multiple layers and effects, the temperature spikes to 90°C, which causes thermal throttling around 4.1GHz. Should I consider getting a new cooler? Would that significantly enhance performance? Also, what are some of the top coolers available right now? Thanks for any advice!

Upgrading could definitely be a smart move! Good air coolers are pretty affordable these days; you might find options like the ID-COOLING FROZN A620 PRO SE or Thermalright RK120 SE for around $30-$40. If you want something better under $50, the Peerless Assassin 140 or Royal Pretor 130 are amazing picks too. They perform well and don’t break the bank!

Hey, do you think the Liquid Freezer 3 Pro 360 is quiet enough for a gaming setup?
