So here's what's going on: I upgraded my PC on August 9, 2024, and decided to create a new FACEIT account for a fresh start. However, I recently got banned as a 'smurf', even though my skill level hasn't changed. I've reached out to support, but they're ignoring my requests for a HWID comparison report, proof of any parallel accounts, and a technical audit of my ban decision.
As for my accounts, my old profile has been inactive since April 2025, while my new profile is now permanently banned. I'm wondering, how can I legally request an HWID or IP report from them?

Is this related to that Denuvo anti-cheat thing? Seems odd.
You might want to check Rule 3 in their guidelines. While you're right that it addresses parallel account usage, you should show them proof of ownership for your hardware. They're misinterpreting the rules if you've provided evidence. I also suggest sending a GDPR request; if they don’t respond in 30 days, you could escalate it.
Trying to 'legally demand' something from a private platform? Good luck with that, lol.
Honestly, FACEIT is not legally obligated to provide you with anything. They can choose who gets to use their platform. Unless you have evidence of illegal discrimination, there's not much you can do. Just remember, they have the right to ban accounts even if you think it’s unfair.
