I built my PC a while back, and after swapping out my power supply, I've noticed an issue: my VRAM usage won't go over 5GB. I've run some benchmarks, and everything else appears to be functioning properly and drawing the correct wattage. Before the swap, my VRAM usage would go up to about 10GB. Has anyone encountered this problem, and do you have any suggestions for fixes?

You might want to run a VRAM test with a tool like OCCT. It can help diagnose if there's an underlying issue with the VRAM itself.
So, I just did a test, and it showed 11GB of VRAM used, but I'm still confused because in all my applications, the usage seems capped at 5-5.5GB. It's a head-scratcher!
Which applications are you noticing this in? Also, are you experiencing any lag spikes or unrendered textures? Sometimes the VRAM usage can vary based on the game or software being used.
I had a similar issue once, and I found that resetting my drivers helped. Make sure your graphics drivers are up to date and maybe try reinstalling them.
