Hey everyone! I'm putting together my PC build, and I need some advice, especially about the motherboard's future-proofing and worries about potential CPU bottlenecking with my GPU. Here's what I've got so far: Case - Montech KING 65 PRO (Black), CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 7600X, GPU - GeForce RTX 5060 Ti (16GB), Motherboard - Gigabyte B650 EAGLE AX, Memory - 16GB Kingston FURY Beast RGB, and Power Supply - 750W DeepCool PL750D. Would love your thoughts on how well this will hold up, especially regarding the motherboard and any bottleneck issues I should be aware of!

Your motherboard choice is solid and shouldn’t bottleneck either your GPU or CPU for gaming. Just make sure to grab 2x16GB 6000MHz CL30 RAM!

That’s good to hear! But does the CL rating still matter that much with DDR5 compared to DDR4? If it does, I’ll definitely upgrade to 32GB of the Crucial Pro Overclocking!

You might want to consider the Ryzen 9 9600X if it’s just a bit more expensive, like under $50. Also, definitely bump up your RAM to 32GB—go for 6000MHz CL30 for better performance!

Thanks for the tip! I think I’ll go for the 9600X. Quick question though: how do I check the CL rating on RAM? Sometimes it’s not clear. I’m a bit shaky on RAM specs!
