Am I at risk after scanning a game download for malware?

I recently downloaded a game and ran a scan on it using VirusTotal. The scan flagged it as containing 'Trojan.Malware.300983.susgen' and 'TScope.Trojan.Delf.' I'm really concerned about whether I should be worried about malware. Here's the link to the scan for context: [VirusTotal Scan](https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/fa4868e243e1be661bb81e084d08a5bd1b8258727fc878e8c0c7988031237518). Am I safe or should I take precautions?

What game did you download, and where did you get it from? The source matters a lot when it comes to malware!

You definitely need to be cautious! If it's flagged like that, there's a chance it could be harmful. I would advise running a full system scan with a reputable antivirus just to be safe.

It's tough to say for sure without more info. If you downloaded the game from a sketchy source or someone on Discord recommended it, there's a higher chance it's malware. But if the file is from a reputable developer and is digitally signed, you might be okay. Just be cautious!

I got it from Softonic.
