I've been struggling with the Dell support website lately, and I'm starting to wonder if I'm losing my mind. Has anyone else noticed how difficult it is to find their products or submit a support ticket? Every time I try to submit a ticket, it just spins and brings me back to the form I already filled out, completely blank! It feels like the site was redesigned by someone who doesn't care about customer experience at all.

Did you manage to get everything moved to MyService360? I found that all my devices were transferred there, but they were listed under the wrong location IDs, which made it impossible for me to access them without opening multiple support requests.
Honestly, the only thing worse than the Dell support site is the experience of buying Dell computers in the first place. I can't believe how many issues I've had with them over the last 20 years. I wouldn't buy their products again, even if it meant switching to HP or Lenovo, and that says a lot!
