I'm searching for recommendations for CPU coolers that are quieter than the Liquid Freezer III Pro. I'm open to both air and water cooling options, but I want something that maintains similar performance levels while being as quiet as possible. Price isn't really an issue for me. I'm planning to use a Ryzen 7 9700X CPU, an Antec C8 Curve Wood case, and a GIGABYTE B850 Gaming WIFI6 motherboard.

For air coolers, I recommend the Phantom Spirit 120 SE if you're on a budget, or the Noctua D15 G2 for a premium option. I can't really help with water coolers since I prefer air.
Have you checked out the bequiet brand? They have some really quiet models worth considering.
Are those good for high-performance setups too?
