Why can’t I connect my Windows 10 laptop to a WiFi network?

I'm having trouble connecting my Windows 10 laptop (Lenovo IP320) to a WiFi network. There's a small white cross next to the network name indicating a problem. Interestingly, I can connect to the same network just fine with my phone. What could be causing this issue, and how can I resolve it? My OS build is 19045.6159.

Have you tried forgetting the network and reconnecting? Go to Settings, then Network settings, and look for Manage Known Networks. If you find the network there, just forget it and try reconnecting (you'll need the password, of course).

I tried that, but the network doesn’t show up in Manage Known Networks since my laptop isn't connected to it at the moment.
