How do I get my M2 SSD recognized for booting in UEFI mode on Windows 11?

I'm having some serious issues trying to install Windows 11 on my new M2 SSD. Whenever I activate UEFI in the BIOS, my SSD just disappears and I can't boot from it at all. I've spent over 8 hours on this, and I'm really confused about what to do next. Can anyone help me figure this out?

Have you tried booting from the Windows USB after enabling UEFI? That might help it recognize the SSD correctly.

Yes, I can get into the installation, but once it starts, it either restarts the setup or sends me back to the BIOS because it can't see my SSD to boot from.
