I've got a 4K monitor and a budget of up to $5000 for my gaming PC build. I'm aiming for the highest performance possible, mainly for gaming but also to do some video editing. This is my first time building a PC, so I'd appreciate any advice you can give me. Here's the part list: [https://pcpartpicker.com/list/P6ZhpK](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/P6ZhpK). I'm also planning on adding 2 be quiet! Pure Wings 3 120mm fans to improve airflow. Let me know if you see anything that could be improved or if anything looks off.

Consider switching your CPU to the 9800X3D and the motherboard to a B850. You'll save quite a bit without sacrificing much performance. It's stupidly expensive for what you're going with right now!
I plan to use it for video editing as well—why switch motherboards?
