Upgrading My Gaming PC: Need Suggestions on Parts and Cooler

Hey everyone! I'm looking to upgrade my gaming setup. My current build includes a B450f motherboard, 16 GB of DDR4 RAM, an RTX 2070, and a Ryzen 7 3800x processor, all powered by a Cooler Master 750W PSU (not sure if it's Gold rated). I've just scored an RTX 5070 TI during a sale, but I'm hitting some bottlenecks in a few games. I'm considering upgrading to a Ryzen 7 9700x, a B650M motherboard, 32 GB of DDR5 RAM, and a Cooler Master 800W PSU. Can anyone suggest a good cooler for this setup? Also, do you think the parts I'm choosing are good? Since my GPU was a bit pricey, I'm hoping to keep the budget for the remaining parts under $685.

You might want to go with a Ryzen 5700X3D instead, it's a solid choice for gaming and could save you some cash! Moving to an AM5 setup for future-proofing is a smart move, but if you’re looking for performance on a budget, the Ryzen 7600X is about $120 cheaper and only slightly slower than the 9700X. Just a thought!

Are you suggesting the Ryzen 5 7600X, right?
