Hey everyone! I'm looking to build a gaming PC and I'm aiming to keep the budget around £1000, though I could stretch it a bit in dire situations. I've heard that while the recommended specs for the Stalker Gamma modpack may not be completely accurate, they're a good guideline. To be honest, I'm a bit lazy and not the best with tech, so I'm hoping to get something that's definitely powerful enough within my budget. I'd prefer an AMD setup if possible, and while 16GB RAM is the minimum, I'd love to aim for 32GB if it's feasible. Here are the recommended specs I've come across:
- OS: Windows 10/11 64-bit
- CPU: Intel Core i5-16500 or AMD Ryzen 5 1600
- RAM: 16 GB
- GPU: NVIDIA GTX 1660 Ti or AMD RX 590
- Storage: ~30 GB (SSD preferred)
Thanks for bearing with my long message!

You can totally get some decent parts for that budget! Check out this build I found here: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/P47DHW. It should have you covered pretty well for gaming!
Wait, are you telling me I can actually buy these strong components under £1000? If so, you're a legend, bro!
