Help! My PC is stuck in a BIOS loop after enabling Secure Boot

I enabled Secure Boot in my BIOS, but my PC doesn't seem to register it properly. When I switched to UEFI from Legacy, I ended up in a boot loop that just loads the BIOS repeatedly. I've read that since my SSD is in MBR format, I should convert it to GPT. However, after converting to GPT, the PC restarts and I'm right back in the BIOS loop. Trying to reset the BIOS settings and turning off CSM just got me a black screen that says 'NO BOOTABLE OS FOUND.' What can I do to fix this?

Turn off CSM and keep UEFI enabled. Then, disable Secure Boot first. After that, you'll need to reinstall your operating system. Once that's done, you can turn Secure Boot back on. Reinstalling should help resolve the boot issues you’re facing.

I see your point, but how exactly do I reinstall the OS if I can’t get past the BIOS?
