Hey there! I'm diving into the world of PC building for the first time and I'm on a bit of a budget. I've taken some tips from forums and managed to put together a build, but now I'm second-guessing everything. My goal is to have a setup that can handle most modern games at mid-range settings without lagging. I'm hoping to get some feedback on potential improvements or changes I should consider. Plus, if you have any insights on future upgrade paths or if any components need swapping to allow for upgrades down the road, I'd really appreciate it! Have you looked at the 7600X3D model? If there's a Micro Center near you, it could be worth checking out! Also, you might want to reconsider the B850 motherboard since it doesn't really add much over the B650 apart from PCIe Gen 5 support.
It looks like you're going a bit overboard on that motherboard for the Ryzen 5 7600X. You might not really need an expensive B850 since a B650 could save you some cash without sacrificing performance for your current build.
Your build seems solid, but maybe swap the SSD for a cheaper 990 Evo or Evo Plus? They perform just as well without affecting gameplay much.
