Advice on Choosing Between Intel and AMD for My New PC Build

I'm gearing up to build a new PC early next year and I'm almost ready to buy, but I'm torn between a couple of core component options. I already have my case, PSU, and storage sorted out. The GPU I'm going to use is a 9060 XT with 16GB. Right now, I'm considering two different setups: one Intel and one AMD. Here are the details:

1. Intel: i5-14400F with Patriot Viper Elite 48GB DDR5-6000 CL36 RAM, and Asrock B760M PG Riptide WiFi for about $340.
2. AMD: 7600X with the same RAM and Asrock B650M-HDV/M.2 for around $438.

Given the current pricing, the Intel setup seems to offer the best bang for my buck. Do you think this is the right choice in terms of price and performance?

Honestly, the 7600X is a solid pick for the price you’re looking at. The market for PC parts is super volatile, so I wouldn’t go shopping too early. If the price of the 9600X drops when you’re ready to build, that could be a killer option too!

I hear you on the timing! I'm also super budget-conscious; I'm planning to keep my CPU under $200 if possible. That's why I'm checking prices now—might snag a deal before I start assembling!
