I'm on a tight budget and planning to build a machine with the AMD 9700X, which has integrated graphics. I want to use this setup mainly for programming, Photoshop, Lightroom, Capture One, and some light video editing with Premiere Pro. My priority isn't speed since I can multitask while rendering, but I'm worried about whether applications like Photoshop will run smoothly enough for my work. Is it feasible to rely on the 9700X's integrated graphics for these tasks?

Using the 9700X for photo editing should work fine as long as you don't rely on GPU acceleration features. But for video editing, it might struggle a bit. If possible, look for a budget graphics card like the 2060 for better performance with video editing tasks.
But wouldn't the 8700G be too weak? It's decent but has limited future upgrade options unless you plan to stick with it long-term. You might want to consider adding a graphics card down the line if your budget allows.
