I recently bought a new HP laptop (model 15-fd1023ca) after my old one crashed. I'm trying to transfer data from the SSD of my old laptop, but it's asking for a BitLocker decryption key to access my files. Unfortunately, I can't find the key in my Microsoft account. Is there any way to recover this key, or should I contact someone for help?

Unfortunately, there's no way to bypass BitLocker protection. If you don’t have the key, you won’t be able to access your files at all.
Yeah, it's pretty straightforward: no key means no access to your files. That's just how BitLocker secures your data.
