So here's the deal: I set up parental controls on my Samsung Galaxy S22 to help curb my late-night phone use. However, now I really need to remove those controls because they're interfering with my work and personal life. I've been trying for a couple of days to figure out how to remove myself from my own parental settings using the Family Link app. I can see my profile but can't find a way to get back on track. My parent account can't access the settings either, so I'm stuck. I'm really at my wit's end and just want to get rid of this parental lock. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

One option is to try doing a factory reset of your phone. Just keep in mind that this will erase all your data, so back up anything important first! If that's not preferable, you might want to reach out to support and see if they can assist you in removing the controls without wiping your phone.
