I've already got a 1TB NVMe SSD in my setup, but I'm looking to expand my storage. I'm wondering if it's better to add another NVMe SSD for the speed, or if I should go for a SATA SSD instead. What do you think?

Definitely go for NVMe! It's way faster than SATA, which maxes out around 550 MB/s. Even a budget NVMe drive will typically perform 5-6 times better than that. You won't regret it!
Honestly, SATA SSDs are overpriced nowadays. If you're looking to upgrade, just go for another NVMe SSD. You'll get better performance for around the same price!
Go NVMe! It’s the way to go these days.
The price difference is usually pretty minimal, so you might as well pick an NVMe drive. It's just better value for the performance you get.
If you can, definitely choose an NVMe drive! But if your motherboard doesn’t have a spare M.2 slot and you don’t want to mess around with a PCIe adapter, a SATA SSD will still work fine for most tasks.
