I need to power up a MacBook that hasn't been turned on for a while and sync it to my current iPhone without notifying it or my Apple Watch. Is there a way to turn on the MacBook and connect it to Wi-Fi to sync it with iCloud without leaving any trace of it happening?

Honestly, you can't turn a device on remotely if it's completely powered off. Once it's on, though, your iPhone might get notifications that the MacBook is syncing with iCloud if they're connected. It could be a bit tricky to keep it discreet.
I get that. If the iPhone is on and you plug in the MacBook to power it up, the iPhone could potentially realize the MacBook is up and syncing.
