Need Help with My New GPU Setup

I recently bought an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060, but I'm having trouble getting it to work with my computer. After installing it, the VGA light on my motherboard is solid white, and my PC won't boot up. My friend tested the same GPU in her setup, and it worked perfectly. Interestingly, I have an AMD Radeon 6650 XT that runs flawlessly on my machine. Can anyone help me figure out what might be going wrong?

What motherboard are you using? Sometimes compatibility issues can arise if the hardware isn't aligned properly.

I'm using the ASUS B650E Plus WiFi.

I had the same issue with a B650 Aorus Elite motherboard. The VGA light was shining so bright it felt like a warning! I switched to a GPU with more power, and the light disappeared after that.
