I'm on the hunt for a budget-friendly gaming monitor, aiming for something priced around $100. Ideally, I want it to be 1080p with a refresh rate over 60-75Hz. I'll be using it both with my MacBook and for gaming on my Xbox and Switch. Currently, I'm using an HP m24f 75Hz monitor, but I've noticed it gets pretty blurry during fast-paced gaming, and the colors look a bit dull, especially with my Switch. I'm not sure if that's a Switch issue or monitor-related, so I'm looking for suggestions!

For a budget monitor, I recommend the MSI MAG G244F. It offers a 180Hz refresh rate and an IPS panel, which should address the blurriness you're experiencing. It's solid for gaming and you might find it around your price point. Just a heads up though, 25" variants might be available, but I'm not sure about their quality either.
