I'm looking to upgrade my GTX 1080 for better 1080p gaming on ultra settings. I don't plan to jump to a QHD setup. Here are a few GPUs I'm considering: RTX 3060 TI, RX 6700 XT, and RTX 3070 TI. My current setup is a Ryzen 5 5600, B550M PRO-VDH WIFI, 32GB DDR4-3200MHz RAM, and a Silverstone Strider 550W PSU. I'm only looking to upgrade the GPU (maybe the PSU as well). Any recommendations?

Honestly, if you can swing it, go for the RTX 3080 or the RTX 4070. Anything with 8GB of VRAM feels pretty outdated now. The 3080 can still handle 1080p well, even though it's on the lower side for VRAM. Just keep in mind your CPU might bottleneck it at 1080p, but it should still give you a solid performance boost!

Yeah, but I’m pretty sure combining the 5600 with a 3080 could cause a bottleneck for 1080p gaming. Better off sticking with something that matches your setup!
