I'm new to building PCs and I recently received an AMD Ryzen 9 7900X along with 32GB (2x16GB) DDR5 RAM as a gift. I'm not quite sure how to start selecting the rest of the components to build a complete system around those. My budget is between $1,500 and $2,000, and while I want to keep costs down, I'm not too stressed about it. I've done some research, but I feel a bit overwhelmed. Any advice on how to proceed would be really appreciated!

For the best performance, you'll want a good AM5 motherboard that matches your needs. Choose a case and power supply that fit the motherboard size. Then focus on getting the best GPU you can afford, or at least one that handles your gaming resolution and settings well. With your budget, you should be able to afford solid options.
I was considering the 5070 Ti or 9070 XT, but if you have suggestions for other GPUs, I'd love to hear them!
