Why Can’t I Access Some Websites and Apps on My Computer?

I'm having a frustrating issue where my computer won't load certain websites or apps properly. I've tried a bunch of troubleshooting steps like clearing the DNS and IP using ipconfig and netsh commands. Specifically, I'm unable to access the Steam store page, Reddit, YouTube, and Discord, and apps like Discord and Roblox aren't functioning correctly either. I've reset my computer and even disabled the firewall temporarily, but nothing seems to help. Interestingly, all these apps and websites work fine on my phone when connected to the same network. Just to note, I'm running Windows 11, and I've also unchecked the IPv6 box in my settings.

Have you tried using a different browser? Sometimes apps with a built-in browser, like Steam, may still rely on your default browser settings.

Yeah, I have tried multiple browsers but the issue persists.
